Complaints Procedure

DediPower Managed Hosting operates a strict policy on complaints and suggestions and takes every comment made very seriously. We thrive on providing an unrivalled service to our customers and like to re-assure customers, that any complaint, no matter how small or large, is dealt with in an effective manner.

Every complaint or suggestion must be made in an email directed to complaints@dedipower.com. Every email received automatically opens a ticket so it can be tracked, resolved and closed, to a more than satisfactory standard.

If you have a more urgent complaint and would like to speak to someone in person, please call 0870 252 3600 and ask to speak to a manager directly. We are always more than happy to help resolve your problems and cannot stress enough how important it is that we are aware of them.
